The “Future Landscape & Public Realms KSA” seminar will take place on April 25-26 and is bringing together key decision makers involved in multi-billion dollar future landscape projects and investments in Saudi Arabia.

The seminar will serve as a platform to discuss the major projects planned in Saudi Arabia and shed light on investment opportunities.

Bringing together government project owners, planners, policy makers, developers, landscape designers, urban planners, contractors and solution providers, the seminar will address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement in KSA’s public realm.

The billion dollar investments that will be discussed are:

Riyadh Metro: The metro line project will consist of 6 lines, spanning 176km with 85 stations, the amount invested in this project is $22.5bn.

King Abdullah Economic City: $27bn will be invested by Emaar in this project.

Jeddah Tower: This skyscraper has a budget of $1.23bn and Kingdom Holding Company is the project owner and developer.

Mayasem: This project is developed by Shamayel and it covers 160-hectares.

Each of these billion dollar projects will require street-scaping, landscaping, and water features in and around them.
