The annual Garden Landscape and Amenity Sportsturf (GLAS) trade show, which attracts top producers, growers, manufacturers, and key opinion leaders across the Irish horticultural sector, will return in just three weeks.

The one-day trade event will take place on Thursday 21 July from 9am to 5pm. A first for the trade show, this year GLAS will be held at the National Basketball Arena in Dublin. The indoor sporting arena is located in Tymon Park, Tallaght, adjacent to the M50 motorway.

Supported by Bord Bia, GLAS last took place in 2019, after being postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. After a three-year hiatus, the event organisers are delighted to be returning with a full trade show.

GLAS 2022 promises to be an essential event for the horticulture trade in Ireland as its exhibitor list continues to grow. More than 60 of the biggest names in horticulture are confirmed to exhibit at the largest one-day horticulture trade event in Ireland.

Best in Show Awards

Always a stand-out feature at GLAS, the New Plant New Product Awards bring great excitement to GLAS as worthy entrants are assessed by an expert panel of judges. Each year, GLAS celebrates an array of new products and new plants which have been whittled down from a large number of worthy contenders, to form the New Product, New Plant Awards.

These highly anticipated awards will return with a bang at GLAS 2022, as the hottest New Plants and New Products, as well as the Best in Show Trade Supplier and Best in Show Horticulture award winners, will be crowned.
