Teagasc will discuss the  possibilities of course in horticulture at the first Try Hort event of 2022.

Taking place 28 January at 12.30pm, the online event will see John Mulhern, college principal, as well as staff and students, discuss how Teagasc has conducted its courses throughout the pandemic and what’s next for the coming year at the College of Horticulture in the National Botanic Gardens.

“The past two years have seen Teagasc’s courses progress and learners graduate with their qualifications despite the limitations of the pandemic,” said a statement from Teagasc. “We will be looking forward to what will be on offer in 2022 and beyond.

“If you have an interest in all things plant related, the natural environment, sustainability and the outdoor life in general then this is the place to be. We will take all your questions and answer them live at the virtual event.”
