Near half (47%) of all digital purchases worldwide are made via online marketplace platforms. For garden centre retailers, selling products on these platforms can bring many advantages and opportunities to increase online sales.

To help garden centre retailers get the most out of these platforms, Garden Connect will share advice at its upcoming webinar, ‘Best practices for selling on online marketplaces’.

During the one-hour event, Garden Connect will cover the following topics:

  • The role of online marketplaces
  • How to sell your products via Amazon
  • Selling plants on other marketplaces

“These are all practical things you can do yourself in-house and are applicable to you whether your webshop is hosted by Garden Connect or not,” said a statement from the company. “Our aim is to raise the bar in online garden centre retailing and during this webinar we’re going to help you to get the most out of online marketplaces.

“By the end of the session, you will have the tools and knowledge needed to successfully sell your products on online marketplaces. During this session, you’ll be invited to actively participate and discuss ideas with other attendees from around the industry.”

All garden centre owners and marketing managers have been invited to join this free online event.
