Blue Diamond Group Garden Centres continue to support horticulture students through the annual Blue Diamond Scholarships, offered by the Colegrave Seabrook Foundation. Since launching in 2021, these scholarships have provided £20K (€22.9K) in total, benefiting 14 students on their horticulture careers.

The application window for Blue Diamond Scholarships, as well as other scholarships from the Colegrave Seabrook Foundation, is now open and closes at the end of January.

Successful applicants will be notified in March.

Eligible candidates are those currently pursuing horticulture or plant science at recognised UK or Irish colleges or universities, demonstrating a strong dedication to a career in the horticulture industry.

Alan Roper, managing director, Blue Diamond, said: “Peter Seabrook was one of the people who inspired me to my career as a horticulturist, so we are really pleased to continue to offer these scholarships through the Colegrave Seabrook Foundation to help students studying horticulture.”
