Here is one such tender from Cork University Hospital (CUH), which wishes to establish a single party contract for the provision of grass cutting services and general landscaping works to include cutting of grass in public open space and green areas in on site, on a one-year period initially, commencing in 2023 on a date to be agreed with the contractor on signing of contracts. Grass cutting services to include a minimum of 10 cuts per year.

There will be an option to renew the contract agreement for three periods of one year to cover 2024, 2025 and 2026 subject to demand and budget availability.

Detailed description

The operations which are to be undertaken for the duration of the contract fall into the following but not limited to the broad categories of: • Grass Cutting • Litter Picking • Weed Control • Tree Crown Lifting • Tree Removal • Hedge Trimming • Tree Pruning and/or Removal • Removal of Overgrown Vegetation • Litter • Removal of Overgrown Vegetation•
