Here is one such tender, suitable for professional landscapists, from the Institute of Technology Tralee (ITT).

Detailed description

ITT is seeking the services of a competent service provider for the maintenance of grounds at ITT on its north and south campus in Tralee, County Kerry.

The north campus comprises of 65 acres and the south campus comprises of 10 acres. Further details are available on ITT’s website. High visibility areas which are the first impressions our customers experience of the institute have to be maintained to a very high standard.

The following illustrates the type of landscape maintenance services likely to be required by the Institute. The tender is divided into three lots. Interested service providers must apply for all lots:

Lot 1: general ground maintenance – north campus.
Lot 2: general ground maintenance – south campus.
Lot 3: specialist maintenance – playing pitches and sand carpet athletics track.
