Detailed description
The Fair Green is adjacent to the town centre in Oldcastle and can be easily accessed by foot from the town centre. It is surrounded by the local GAA, Soccer Pitch and the Pitch and Putt Course. The Gilson Nation School is also located nearby. The Fair Green is accessed by vehicles from the railway. A playground, carpark and bottle bank borders the site to the south. Access through the Fair Green is via footpath to the west and a pedestrian entrance to the east directly from the GAA pitch which it is adjacent to.
