Detailed description

A landscaping & ground maintenance contract is available from IDA Letterkenny Business & Technology Park, Letterkenny. The contract spans a period of 36 months – 24 February 2022 to 23 February 2025. Maintenance is required on the following areas: the entire entrance areas, roads, roundabouts, footpaths, hedges, trees, boundaries, all verges, and open spaces.

It is essential that the landscape contractor visit the sites before tendering to become acquainted with the full nature and extent of the works and to ascertain all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the works. No claims arising from failure to do so will be considered.
