GLAS 2025 returned to the National Basketball Arena on 17 July with a strong showing of high-performance machinery, cutting-edge equipment, and innovation across the landscape, amenity, and horticulture sectors. 

This year’s event attracted professionals from all over Ireland eager to see the latest tools built for real work, from compact electric vehicles to versatile mowers and multi-purpose loaders.

Here are some standout machinery and vehicle exhibits that caught the eye on the ground:

Farmhand’s All-in-One Workhorse

Farmhand demonstrated their impressive All-in-One Workhorse — a compact, powerful machine built for contractors and local authorities. Whether mowing, scarifying, collecting, or mulching, this multi-functional unit delivered on performance and versatility, all in a single pass.

Kubota Groundcare from FJS Plant

FJS Plant, a leading name in construction and ground care machinery since 1993, brought a solid lineup from the trusted Kubota Groundcare range. 

From robust tractors to domestic mowers, their stand reinforced their position as a full-line dealer for professional-grade equipment built to last.

Henry Porter Machinery: MultiOne 6.3IDS Compact Loader

A highlight for many attendees was the MultiOne 6.3IDS Compact Loader, showcased by Henry Porter Machinery. 

With its newly integrated Attachment Control Interface joystick, users praised its intuitive handling and adaptability on-site. It’s a standout for contractors looking for versatility in tight spaces.

FUSO eCanter: Greener transport in action

FUSO Ireland showcased the eCanter, an all-electric truck that’s already making waves in commercial fleets, including with An Post in Dublin. Practical, eco-friendly, and emission-free, the eCanter is leading the charge in sustainable transport for the industry.

Outdoor displays: From chippers to spreaders

The outdoor exhibit area featured heavy-hitters like Glendun Plant Sales on Stand J, and TA Drilling, showing machinery designed for serious landscape and arboricultural work.

On Stand C5, Irish Grass Machinery presented a wide range of Ferris Commercial Zero Turn Ride-On & Stand-On Mowers, blowers, and fertiliser spreaders — along with the Etesia range of commercial direct collect ride-on mowers.

New launches and innovations

Lyons & Burton introduced attendees to the new Hansa range of wood chippers, with models covering everything from 40mm to 130mm capacity. Nearby, Martyns Grasslawns unveiled the Neomach X40, a compact loader built for efficiency, comfort, and high-lift functionality in tight environments.

Quaile Machinery drew attention with their display of JAVO potting machines, tray fillers, buffer systems, and conveyor belts, automation tools that continue to transform nursery and greenhouse operations.

Vermeer UK & Ireland

At Stand B5, Vermeer UK & Ireland showed off its latest tree care equipment, including the new BC200 Diesel Chipper. Designed for arborists and contractors, the chipper stood out for its powerful performance, smart features, and tough build, making it a great fit for demanding jobs.

A Showcase of practical power

From next-gen electric trucks to time-tested mower brands, GLAS 2025 delivered a machinery showcase that balanced innovation, reliability, and eco-conscious engineering. 

Attendees left with new ideas, supplier connections, and equipment solutions ready to elevate their operations.

GLAS continues to be the place where the Irish horticulture and amenity sector connects, innovates, and grows.
