The Hardware Show Innovation Awards provide companies the opportunity to step out from the rest and showcase their innovative products or services.

Mo Bacter Instant has been shortlisted in the Best Garden Product category at the 2019 Hardware Show Innovation Awards, taking place February 17-18, at Citywest.

The 100% organic-based liquid — supplied in a two-litre concentrated mix, treating a 250 m squared area — removes moss within 24-hours without blackening the grass. Mo Bacter Instant is safe to both humans and the environment, as it is completely free of chemicals.

Those shortlisted will be invited to take part in a “Dragons Den” experience presenting their product/service to the expert judging panel on Saturday, February 16. Category winners and the overall winner will be announced at The President’s Ball on Sunday, February 17.

The Awards

The Innovation Awards are the perfect opportunity for companies to step out from the rest and showcase their innovative products or services.

The panel of professional merchant buyers (see list below) will convene in advance of the show to judge the four categories: Home, Garden, Build, and DIY, with awards for commended, highly commended, and winner.

This year sees two new awards being introduced: Best Supplier Customer Experience, which will be determined by visitors to the show via a link in the newsletters that are being sent in advance of the show, with the only entry condition being that the supplier must be exhibiting at the show.

The other new award will be Best New Irish Product, which must be made on the island of Ireland. The winner will be chosen from the existing entries to the Innovation Awards.
