The new ProfiMower is a highly efficient and practical solution for professional green space maintenance. Instead of collecting clippings, it finely shreds and spreads them across the surface. This natural mulch layer protects the soil, helps retain moisture and supports healthy, nutrient-rich grass growth – ideal for Ireland’s climate.

The system is perfectly suited to solar farms, sports pitches, large grounds, roadside verges and municipal green spaces.

Built on the proven AMAZONE Profihopper 1500, the ProfiMower is a robust, self- propelled tool carrier with hydrostatic all-wheel drive, a compact turning circle and exceptional reliability in daily operation.

Quality engineering and high-grade materials ensure long life and dependable performance, even on challenging or varied terrain. A powerful 45.5 hp Yanmar 4-cylinder diesel engine provides strong reserves of power while keeping fuel consumption low, even in continuous use.

The hydrostatic all-wheel drive, as standard, ensures safe, precise operation on soft, uneven or hilly ground. With transport speeds up to 20 km/h, operators can move quickly between sites, maximising productive working time. A 55-litre fuel tank allows full-day operation with no refuelling stops, enhancing efficiency for municipal and commercial crews.

The heavy-duty design, combined with a premium paint process, ensures long service life and easy maintenance. The ergonomic operator platform, complete with a comfortable seat and adjustable steering column, ensures fatigue-free operation even during long workdays. Quiet running and easy-to-reach controls support a focused and pleasant driving experience.

The ProfiMower can be fitted with either the familiar SmartCut flail cutting deck or the new BladeCut rotary mowing deck.

BladeCut rotary mower

With a 1.80 m working width, the BladeCut rotary deck is perfect for fast, economical maintenance of large green areas. It features an extremely sturdy deck construction, impact-protection plates for foreign object defence, high-quality wear-resistant blade bearings and durable friction discs for long service life.

The mowing system delivers a clean, even cut and spreads clippings finely and consistently. High mowing speeds combined with excellent mulch distribution reduce fuel consumption and improve
overall cost-effectiveness, making the BladeCut deck an ideal choice for councils, contractors and organisations seeking efficient, reliable and sustainable green space care.

SmartCut fine flail cutting deck

With a working width of approx. 1.50 m, the SmartCut deck delivers high-performance, precision mowing. It features 88 wing knives arranged in four V-profile rows, centrally adjustable cutting height for millimetre accuracy, and the ability to handle grass, leaves, wildflowers and light undergrowth.

Mechanical overload protection and electronic monitoring safeguard the system. The deck also offers a scarifying function to aerate turf and remove moss and thatch. The optional InsectGuard tine carrier gently moves the grass before cutting, helping protect insects by encouraging them to leave the cutting area.

Both decks finely shred and evenly distribute clippings, maintaining nutrients in the soil and supporting healthier turf.

Practical load platform

The integrated rear load platform allows operators to carry tools, seed, cones, barriers or other accessories while mowing – eliminating the need for an additional support vehicle. With its combination of mowing performance, operator comfort and practical features, the new ProfiMower is ideal for contractors, councils, service providers and facilities with large maintenance demands – anywhere a clean finish is needed without collecting clippings.
