Recent active substance withdrawal for growers from May

May will see one withdrawn active substance's last date of use take place.

The active substance Chlorothalonil has been subject to EU regulatory action and all products containing this active substance will be withdrawn from the market in Ireland.

It should be noted that grace periods shorter than the usual six-month sale plus 12-month use-up are prescribed in some instances.

For products containing a range of different active substances click here. For products, the use of which will become illegal from May 20, 2020, that contain Chlorothalonil, click here.
