The Rentes Plants Spring Fair will take place February 10-11, 2020, from 9am to 6pm, at the Rentes Plants nursery in Kildare.

On display at the show will be: the largest range of compact and hardy shrubs in Ireland, a large range of trees, climbers, and conifers, a large range of Roses – FL and HT bush, flower carpet, patio, David Austin, climbers, and half-standards.

At 2019’s show there were 816 plant varieties/sizes on 241 mixed trolleys, 148 trees and fruit trees, 288 specimens on show.

The fair also attracted over 250 visitors from more than 200 businesses offering the ability to network with the industry.

Directions

From Dublin – Leave M4 motorway at Junction 8, then at roundabout take 3rd exit onto R148 (old N4) for Enfield. Continue for 9km. At next roundabout take 2nd exit entering Enfield Village. Go straight through village & at next roundabout take 2nd exit (signposted for Kinnegad).  Continue straight for 8km and then turn right onto the R160 just past Curran Petrol Station in Moyvalley.  Rentes Plants is on the left after 400 metres.

From West / South West – Exit the Motorway M6 at Junction 2 (Kinnegad).  Travel east onto the R148 towards Kinnegad/Enfield.  Travel 10km on the R148 towards Enfield. Take the first turn left after Moyvalley Garden Centre onto the R160. Rentes Plants is on the left after 400 metres.

From North West – Exit the Motorway M4 at Kinnegad at Junction 12.  Travel 10km on the R148 towards Enfield. Take the first turn left after Moyvalley Garden Centre onto the R160. Rentes Plants is on the left after 400 metres.

From North – Take M1 South onto M50 South.  Leave M50 at Junction 7 onto N4/M4 (signposted Sligo, Galway, Westport). Continue West on M4 motorway. From here follow directions from Dublin.
