The Teagasc College of Amenity Horticulture in the National Botanic Gardens will hold the first in its new series of virtual information events starting 29 January 2021. The event will kick off at 12.30pm and run for one hour.

During the session, staff from the college will present information on Teagasc college courses and answer questions live from the audience.

It recommends that anyone with an interest in pursuing courses in horticulture at the college should log on to the event where they can have their questions answered.

It is hoped that these events will be repeated each month throughout the first half of the year and as restrictions allow, Teagasc will endeavour to have face to face engagement with prospective students on the Botanic Gardens and our campus in Ashtown.

Current students are all taking their courses online. When the restrictions ease, it hopes to resume practical activity in the normal way.
