Bord Bia seeks amateur gardeners to showcase at Bloom

The The Postcard Gardens at Bloom offer passionate amateurs a chance to showcase their talents to over 100,000 visitors.

The Bloom Postcard Gardens consist of small but perfectly formed 2m x 3m plots where amateur gardeners can create a showpiece representing their club, locality, or perhaps even a special person or character from their community.

Bord Bia is now looking for people to design Postcard Gardens for the Bloom festival which returns to the Phoenix Park, Dublin, this June bank holiday weekend from May 31 – June 5.

The Postcard Gardens at Bloom offer passionate amateurs, garden clubs and communities, and GIY groups a chance to showcase their talents to over 100,000 visitors attending the event.

The Bloom Postcard Gardens consist of small but perfectly formed 3m x 2m plots which can be used to represent your club, locality or a special person or character from your community.

Bloom, Bord Bia’s annual showcase of the best of Ireland’s horticulture and food industry, will once again feature a range of impressive show gardens, food features, music, fashion, lively debate and family entertainment. Tickets are on sale now on www.bloominthepark.com and children go free.
