Homebase set to launch Irish website in August 2025

Homebase is set to launch its dedicated Irish website, Homebase.ie, giving customers across Ireland a new, easier way to shop for everything they need to transform their homes and gardens.

Launching this August, the new site will offer an online shopping experience packed with trusted products for gardening, DIY, decorating, and more. 

Customers will benefit from Click and Collect at Garden Centre by Homebase locations (within The Range Superstores) on over 40,000 products within as little as one hour, as well as home delivery across all available categories.

This relaunch is part of a wider transformation by CDS Superstores, the parent company of The Range, wilko, and Homebase, which acquired the brand in late 2024.

Since then, CDS has converted 55 former Homebase stores into The Range superstores, safeguarding over 1,600 jobs and expanding its garden offering with the launch of Garden Centres by Homebase nationwide. 

This supercharged store opening programme included eight locations in Ireland, reflecting the brand’s deep roots in the country, where it has long been a trusted name in home improvement.

Together with the successful relaunch of Homebase.co.uk, these changes will give customers across Ireland even more ways to shop for their favourite home improvement essentials, both instore and online. 

From garden furniture and BBQs, to paint, power tools, and clever storage solutions, Homebase.ie will make it easier than ever to tackle projects of all sizes.

The relaunch also reflects CDS Superstores’ significant investment in digital innovation, with other improvements to its online marketplace and customer experience designed to make shopping faster, simpler, and more enjoyable across all its brands.
