Detailed description

Semi-state body, The Marine Institute invites tenders for the supply of grounds maintenance and horticultural services for a period of three years, commencing March 2022, with the option to extend the contract for a further two years by agreement.

At present a requirement exists for grounds maintenance and horticultural services in a single lot.

Landscaping projects or works in addition to general maintenance may be required during the contract period. Provision must be made to quote and undertake these within a mutually agreeable timeframe. Review meetings and grounds walkabouts are essential for this contract. It is an expectation that the contractor will schedule such meetings regularly and include these in the contract price. While onsite, all landscaping staff will be required to comply with the Institutes requirements of personnel conduct as laid out in the ITT.
