Here is one such opportunity from Elmgrove Farm, which is looking to hire a manager to oversee the development of its new store and take responsibility for the operational processes.

This comes as the family-owned company prepares to open a new flower and pot-plant shop in June 2022. Based in Gormanston, Co Meath, just 20 minutes north of Dublin airport, the new development will complement the existing online flower sales channel, www.elmgrovefarm.ie, and will significantly enhance the current retail offering.

The ideal candidate will have a background in floristry or horticulture, along with strong communication, literacy, organisational, IT and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant must have capabilities in digital marketing, sales, stock management, and customer care. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the shop, website, and social media channels, and will be tasked with managing a team.

There will be a salary commensurate with the role and the experience of the successful candidate.
