The Teagasc College of Amenity Horticulture at Ashtown, Dublin, invites people to its open day on Thursday, 13th November 2025 – an opportunity to explore the wide range of careers and training options available in Ireland’s vibrant horticulture sector.
The event will bring together industry leaders and employers from right across the sector, including landscapers, nursery producers, and representatives from parks and gardens.
Visitors can chat with staff, students, and graduates, see the excellent training facilities at Ashtown, and learn how Teagasc courses and apprenticeships combine practical, hands-on experience with expert teaching.
Applications are currently being accepted for courses and you can get all the required information from staff at the event.
