The Irish government is looking to fill several gardening positions with the Office of Public Works (OPW).

The OPW is inviting applications for the positions of Head Craft Gardener at Heywood Gardens, Co. Laois and Craft Gardeners at Fota Arboretum & Gardens, Co. Cork, Altamont Gardens, Co. Carlow, National Botanic Gardens, Kilmacurragh, Co. Wicklow, Castletown House & Parklands, Co. Kildare, Doneraile House & Parklands and Annes Grove Gardens, Co. Cork.

Persons who wish to be considered for appointment to one or more of the above positions should submit a completed Application Form, accompanied by copies of requested documentation. The closing date for applications is 30 October 2020.

The OPW is responsible for the care, maintenance, management and presentation of several significant properties and historic parks, gardens and designed landscapes across Ireland.
